I’d like to thank and highly recommend Buddy Blake and his team for going above and beyond. Due to high interest rates, our large, lovely family home sat on the market for months despite a significant price drop, and it was only showing about once a week. I interviewed several of the top realtors in the city, and I chose Buddy Blake because he and his team were hands-down the most responsive. Whenever I had a question, Buddy or his assistant, Taylor, reached out right away. This was a challenging time in my life, and they were incredibly patient, professional, and understanding—they felt more like family than a business team. A special shout-out to their photographer as well. The photos were stunning, and the Zillow listing looked beautiful. They created a virtual tour and even provided an AI staging option that allowed buyers to visualize the rooms with different furniture styles. From start to finish, Buddy and Taylor were the complete package. I would honestly give them 15 out of 10 for their work. I’ve bought and sold five homes and worked with many realtors over the years, and Buddy is by far the best!!!

Buddy Blake's knowledge and experience was invaluable. We had issues with our Mom's house. It took 6+ months to fix everything. He stuck with us the whole way. He was always encouraging and upbeat. He would say, It's going to happen and it finally did. Thanks Buddy.

Tyler was the greatest! He helped me navigate through the process of selling, something I would have found difficult without him. He stayed on top of things! He was always just a phone call or visit away if I had questions. He also aided me in repairing a few minor issues around the house. I would greatly recommend him to anyone that is interested in selling their home.

Buddy was helpful from beginning to the end of our selling experience. He was always available to take my calls with the constant questions I posed.
