Don't know of anything that could have made the sale of my home any smoother. There is no one that could have made my experience any more pleasant. Buddy was kind, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable. He kept in close touch and always answered my every question and addressed my every concern. This was a new experience for me and he made it all so much easier. I could not have asked for better.

What could have been a 2 star experience became a 5 star! My husband and I called Buddy's office to sell our house. We were assigned a random realtor who was kind and got the process started for us. We quickly found out, though, that the realtor didn’t communicate with us or others as much as was needed, nor was proactive. We would have showings of the house and feedback surveys and never get any follow up from our realtor, and we doubted if he followed up with potential buyers. Our house sat for several weeks and we discussed with him the urgency in selling our house and needing a realtor to have a go-getter attitude. The conversation went well but after a week of no change, we called the office to find a new realtor. I asked for Buddy himself after seeing countless positive reviews about him. I had a wonderful discussion with him and he thanked me for giving his office a second chance to sell our house. Buddy was quick to jump in, be hands- on, and right the wrong. From the start he was very communicative, friendly, experienced, driven, and innovative. Within a week of him jumping in and making changes, we had an offer on the house and were under contract. I can’t thank Buddy enough for his tireless work to make our house more desirable and for communicating with us every step of the way. We would recommend Buddy to anyone selling their home!! He took the blame for any shortcomings we experienced and worked hard to help us have a positive experience. We have a lot of respect for people that acknowledge issues and rectify them.
